Steph and Justins wedding took place at the distillery district, in the heart of Toronto. We were worried about it raining but mother nature blessed us with gorgeous lighting and the sun came out just in time for their ceremony.
Their first look took place just outside where they got ready, at the beautiful One King West Hotel. We immediately went over to the Distillery District for our photo session. A lot of my weddings take place in private venues that usually have some sort of greenery around but this was a wonderful change for me. I'm a city girl at heart, so to be able to capture this incredible day and incorporate the big city was a dream.
Steph and Justin gave us plenty of time for photos prior to the ceremony which allowed us to explore what the district had to offer... and I must say, some of my favorite images I have ever taken were with these two. Archeo Trattoria was an amazing venue. Beautiful grounds for city photos and both the ceremony and reception space were stunning. Not to mention the food was delicious!
I'd also like to add a fun fact: Steph & Justin know the band of the song that they used for their first dance "And then some (acoustic) - Arkells" which they kindly allowed us to use for their highlight video.
A huge thank you to my amazing second shooter Ally Allison, the day would have not been the same without you! Congratulations again Steph and Justin! It was an absolute pleasure to photograph your incredible day!

I met Chris and Cassie last year in Mexico, at Chris’ sisters destination wedding and immediately knew they were my type of people! I was so excited when Cassie not only asked me to be their photographer but told me we were going to California! I couldn’t pack my bags quick enough! California has a special place in my heart, it’s probably one of my favourite places to travel to.
Both Chris’ family and Cassie’s “Cali” family were incredibly welcoming! They instantly made me feel as though I was there as a part of the family and not just their photographer. I had such an amazing week with these people, lots of laughs and the best memories. Thank you to this beautiful couple and their wonderful people for a time I’ll never forget! This wedding was done solely by myself, video and photography. Check out the highlight film at the bottom of this blog!
It’s almost impossible to find words descriptive enough for Justyn and Nathan’s incredible Muskoka wedding. Justyn is one of my nearest and dearest so being asked to photograph her wedding was an honour. These two beautiful people (inside and out) got married in Bala, which is apart of the stunning Muskoka’s. Who doesn’t want to spend a whole weekend surrounded by not only the best people but surrounded by quite literally the most breathtaking view in Ontario!
When it came to their big day, Justyn left no detail untouched. Everything was gorgeous, from the decor (picture a magical garden with beautiful blushes and greenery) to the invitations. She truly put her heart and soul into every single aspect and it was clear she added a special touch to even the smallest details. Let’s also not forget the delicious donut platters!
I can’t say enough about the wedding party and families of these two. Such genuine people who made sure I felt nothing but welcome. They were such a blast and so accommodating. Despite some cloudy skies and a little precipitation - this day was remarkable.
Justyn and Nathan, thank you for allowing me to capture this day for you and for being so beautiful (and handsome!) to photograph! You two are absolutely meant for each other! Congratulations again!!

I have known Kyle ever since I began my photography career and have shot numerous events for his family. One Fall day last year, we shot their family photos where I captured Kyle proposing to Jill infront of the entire family, I was so honored that I was able to photograph that special moment for them!
Jill and Kyles beautiful wedding took place June 9th in Kitchener. Their ceremony was held at New Apostolic Church and their reception took place at the Concordia Club. Photos of the two of them and their awesome wedding party took place at Rockway Gardens close to downtown Kitchener. This location has always been a favorite for me especially for the lush gardens and beautiful fountains.
A big thank you to my second shooter for this day - Mohsan from Token Weddings. Thank you Jill & Kyle for having us capture this incredible day for you!
Jade & Tom's gorgeous destination wedding shot at the beautiful Grand Palladium Punta Cana Dominican Republic. Such an incredible week of fun and sun with this group!
Congratulations once again to you both! Check out their highlight film at the bottom of this post!
The first time I met Ashley & Andy was during our engagement session up in the serene and stunning Muskoka's. We had such a blast taking advantage of all the beautiful and endless backdrops around their property - Have a look at their engagement photos here. Their outgoing personalities and connection towards each other had me beyond excited to be shooting their Winter wedding!
These two love birds said their "I do's" at Westmount Golf & Country Club in Waterloo on February 3rd. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day for a Winter wedding. Overcast skies, snow covered grounds and we ended the night with the most beautiful snow fall that any bride could dream of. The cool blue dresses and the light grey suits tied in perfectly with the elegant neutral decor, everyone looked incredible.
Big thank you to Robyn Shoemaker for assisting in photographing this beautiful day with me! Congratulations again, Ashley & Andy! Wishing you both endless love and happiness for all the years to come!
Here are my favorite shots of the day!
The first time I met Lisa & Mariusz was during one of my mini sessions a few years back for their beautiful daughter Mia. They continued to come to my sessions and each time I saw them I fell more in love with their beautiful family. When Mariusz proposed, Lisa contacted me right away and asked me to be their wedding photographer. Their charming personalities and deep love for each other had me beyond excited to be shooting their November wedding!
Lisa & Mariusz got married in Kitchener on November 3rd 2017. Although it was cold and windy outside, they both (along with their awesome wedding party) braved out the weather and in return we captured incredibly stunning photos. The wedding party and their wonderful family were an absolute blast to be around, everyone looked amazing. Lisa, you looked incredibly stunning, Mariusz - You are a lucky man!

The first time I met Amanda & Andrew was during our engagement session downtown Toronto. This is when I knew these two were my dream clients. Their charming personalities and deep love towards each other had me beyond excited to be shooting their Autumn wedding! Their big day was just perfect; warm and sunny without a cloud in the sky.
Amanda & Andrew got married at the beautiful Blue Spring Golf Club in Acton on September 23rd. The grounds were impeccable and the ceremony site made for a gorgeous backdrop. Their pictures could not have turned out better.
The wedding party and their wonderful family was an absolute blast to be around, everyone looked incredible. The elegant blush dresses tied in beautifully with the neutral decor at this fall wedding. Amanda was definitely the show stopper, from her dress to her veil, her hair and her makeup.. she looked absolutely stunning and flawless. Andrew - You are one lucky man!

Natalie and Tyler exchanged vows on September 16th at the beautiful Cambridge Mill. I met these two at a wedding I shot a couple years back, it’s always nice to see familiar faces!
I loved their unique touch to the day. Natalie's stunning wedding dress with beautiful black lace accents, their tragically hip themed decor and the black and red colors were tied in elegantly with the venue. We took their wedding photos across the street from the Mill at Mill Race Park, the weather was beautiful and as they had a late afternoon wedding, their photo’s were taken at golden hour which made for gorgeously lit romantic images as you can see below.
A big thank you to Denise Belanger for capturing this stunning day with me! She and I had such a great day with you guys!
This wedding definitely has to be added to my favorites list! I’ve known Stephanie since middle school when I first moved to Ontario, when she had asked me to photograph her wedding I was incredibly excited to share her special day through my lens.
Their wedding took place at Vineland Estates Winery on a beautiful day at the end of August. The temperature was perfect and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky! The sunset was breathtaking and really added to the photographs too. You can really see the love Stephanie & Ian have for each other when they lock eyes - it’s evident in the photographs, they compliment each other so perfectly.
The decor was incredible, I loved everything about this wedding. My favorite color pallet - blush and white with touches of beautiful greenery and the location was to die for. Everyone in the wedding party was such a blast and they all looked amazing and complimented the day so well. Stephanie was absolutely stunning, I normally don’t cry at weddings but I definitely shed a few tears behind the lens when I saw my beautiful childhood friend ready to say “I do”.
It was very tough to pick my favorites but here they are! If you haven’t already seen their wedding highlight film as well, take a look at the bottom of this page! Thank you to my second shooter, also known as my work wife and my partner in crime - Denise Belanger for capturing this stunning day with me!
Congratulations again Stephanie & Ian, thank you both for involving me in such an important milestone. I wish you both lots of love and happiness for all the years to come!
